A hearty breakfast starts the day - waffles and pancakes topped with local berries and fruits or your choice of hot or cold cereal, traditional egg dishes, bacon or sausages.
Hot coffee, tea, juice and milk help fortify you for a full day of outdoor fun or fishing.
Usually, you’ll be out on the water during lunch, so we provide the fixin’s for you to prepare a box lunch. A sandwich bar loaded with meats and cheese, spreads and condiments let you select your favorites.
Add a cup of soup, chips, crackers, fruit and dessert treats to keep you energized while fighting the big ones!
If you like Alaskan seafood you’ll love
the evening meal!
Fresh from the ocean, usually caught the same day, we spoil you with delicacies like broiled salmon, baked halibut, steamed prawns, crab and clams.
All you can eat!
Or enjoy an occasional specialty from the turf - grilled steaks, chops, chicken and pasta to satisfy every appetite.
