Wild Alaska Yacht Overview
Amenities
Inside and out, the Perseverance was designed with the outdoor enthusiast in mind. Spacious areas for wildlife viewing, relaxing, sunbathing, dining, and fishing make you feel at home.
Aboard the main deck you immediately appreciate its immense size. Inside you’ll find the galley, dining area, lounge and two forward crew cabins. Outside on the patio deck are tables and deck chairs, a wet bar, barbecue and swim shower. There is tons of room to fish or relax all warmed by overhead radiant heating.
Aft is the swim deck. This private dock provides easy access for launching fishing boats, zodiacs or kayaks- right at water level- or brave the cool waters for some swimming and scuba diving.
Below deck are four spacious staterooms. Two queen-sized and two with double bunks. All rooms feature a private shower, sink and potty. A third bunk accompanies the queen rooms for the inclusion of a child or third person.
Up from the main deck is the pilothouse, or wheelhouse. It’s the control center of the vessel and a great place to visit the captain at work or kick back and watch the scenery. Aft of the pilothouse are the captain’s stateroom and additional crew quarters. Behind this you’ll find two Zodiacs stored on chocks next to their hydraulic crane.
A short stairway takes you to the observation deck, sometimes referred to as the flying bridge. This huge area is the perfect place to view wildlife, glaciers and scenery. Relax here on a chaise or deck chair and take in the unobstructed 360- degree view. Count the stars or watch the Northern Lights dance.
The lounge is equipped with a television, DVD, CD, VCR, AM/FM and Satellite radio for your convenience and pleasure
